Shipping and Delivery

What are your shipping regulations? How long does it take to deliver?

Two Shipping Methods are available for our customers: regular airmail (about 14-21 days) and courier delivery via USPS (EMS) (about 7-14 days). The choice of the preferred method should be made during the registration process. The cost and the delivery term (from 4 days up to 3 weeks) depend on the method you select. Do you offer express delivery?

We offer courier delivery by USPS. Courier delivery costs 25 USD; the delivery time is 7 days, up to 14 days depending on the destination region. Tracking Code is provided, order tracking is available. Parcel is delivered to your door.

Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from the pharmaceutical factory located in India.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to most countries of the world. You could contact our Customer Service to find out delivery options for your region.

I still haven't received my order.

If you ordered using express delivery method, you could use your Delivery tracking code to check the current delivery status. If you chose standard airmail delivery, you will have to wait for at least 30 days for your order to be delivered. If the parcel did not arrive within this term, you should contact your local postal office. If they confirm that the parcel has not been delivered, we will re-ship the order again to you free of any charge. Only a very small percentage of orders are lost. However if the original order subsequently arrives as well as the re-shipped order then we rely on your honesty to inform us. We always try to resolve any problems in a fair and reasonable manner and to the best of our ability.

How could I track my order?

If you ordered using express delivery method, you could use your Delivery tracking code to check the current delivery status. The Tracking code you will find at your Customer Area and in the notification letter which would be sent automatically right after shipping.
